You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped yet.

To cancel, email sac.falconexpress@gmail.com with your order number. Once your cancellation is confirmed, a full refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under our Refund Policy.
